Cosmicore PNG Limited is the group’s principal operating subsidiary in Papua New Guinea, responsible for the on-the-ground delivery and management of projects across mining, infrastructure, agriculture, and community development.

The Managing Director leads day-to-day operations and ensures:

  • Effective implementation of approved projects across PNG

  • Full compliance with national and provincial regulations

  • Alignment with customary land rights, cultural protocols, and landowner interests

Project Management & Operations Team

Cosmicore PNG is supported by a multidisciplinary Project Management & Operations Team with experience across:

This team is responsible for the execution of flagship and pipeline projects, including mining operations, infrastructure construction, and agricultural development initiatives, delivered in accordance with approved work programs, budgets, and safety standards.


Landowner Liaison & Community Engagement Team

Cosmicore maintains a dedicated Landowner Liaison & Community Engagement function to ensure strong, transparent, and respectful partnerships with customary landowners and local communities.

This team is responsible for:

  • Ongoing engagement with ILGs, clan leaders, and community representatives

  • Facilitating landowner participation in decision-making processes

  • Developing, managing, and administering landowner agreements

  • Ensuring fair, transparent, and equitable benefit-sharing arrangements

The Investment & Partnerships Team is responsible for building and managing relationships with:

The team focuses on:

  • Securing project funding aligned with long-term development objectives

  • Structuring joint ventures and strategic partnerships

Geology & Resource Management Team

The Geology & Resource Management Team oversees technical aspects of exploration and resource evaluation activities, ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and international best practice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervision of exploration and resource assessment programs

  • Oversight of geological studies and technical evaluations

  • Management of feasibility studies and environmental assessments

  • Supporting responsible development planning for exploration assets, including the EL1611 gold–copper exploration project, subject to licensing and regulatory approvals

Strategic Joint Ventures & Partnerships

Joint Venture Partnerships

Cosmicore forms strategic joint ventures with customary landowner groups, local enterprises, and global investors to co-develop projects across mining, energy, infrastructure, and agriculture.

Engineering & Surveying

This team is responsible for:

  • Engineering design and technical input for roads, bridges, airstrips, civil works, and mining operations

  • Surveying, mapping, and spatial data management to support accurate planning and execution

  • Application of advanced engineering and surveying software, including Bentley systems, AutoCAD, and 12D Model, to ensure precision, efficiency, and quality control

  • Supporting constructability reviews, logistics planning, and on-site technical supervision


Environmental & Sustainability

Cosmicore maintains a dedicated Environmental & Sustainability function to ensure all projects are developed responsibly and in accordance with best-practice environmental standards.

Key responsibilities include:
